Payment and Cancellation Policy

By working with Family Lawyer Marketing Pro, you agree to the following terms:
While Family Lawyer Marketing Pro prides themselves in offering a month to month service, we do have a strict payment and cancellation policy in place to help us run our service more smoothly.
Monthly payments must be made in advance via recurring credit card. We do not accept Cash, Checks or Bank Deposit. The cancellation policy is activated immediately upon the first advanced payment that is given to Family Lawyer Marketing Pro. In other words, as soon as we begin working together, you agree to the following terms:
- If you’d like to cancel or pause Family Lawyer Marketing Pro monthly services, you must notify one of the Family Lawyer Marketing Pro team members in writing at three business days before your next payment is due.
- If you write to us 24 hours before, the day of or the day after your payment, we cannot cancel or pause services for that month. With that in mind, we are happy to cancel or pause services for the following month.
- Family Lawyer Marketing Pro does not do any sort of refund. As soon as a payment goes through, Family Lawyer Marketing Pro cannot reverse it. The only way to prevent a future payment from going through is by notifying one of the Family Lawyer Marketing Pro team members in writing at least three business days before it goes through.
We understand that this is a very strict payment and cancellation policy, but this is the only way we are able to offer a month to month service and solution.
